If you want to delete an account of a customer or supplier, follow the next steps.
1. Go to the Accounts & contacts submenu of the CRM module.
2. Click on Accounts and find the account you want to delete.
3. Click on and choose the action Archive. The account will now be moved from the list of active accounts to the list of archived accounts.
4. To see the list of archived accounts, click on and choose Archived accounts. To return to the active accounts, click on
again and choose Active accounts.
