To change the default email message of your invoices, access the Invoicingmodule settings. Go to the Invoice Settings and then choose "Email message" from the basic settings.
Here you can now set a number of things, such as:
- As additional information you can add a label.
- The default language can also be adjusted here.
Only the languages that are active will appear in the list.
- The subject * is the title of the email that the customer will receive. You can change the title, add or remove labels. It defines the invoice number and the name of the company.
- The body * is the default message that the customer will receive by email. You can edit the text and add or remove labels.
