Within Akti you can activate the use of web links for quotes. The weblink of a quote will then be sent along to the customer, when you send the quote by mail from Akti.
This has possibly a number of important advantages:
- There are options within Akti to let your customers interact with the quote directly via the web link. Your customers can then accept, refuse, add comments or request a new version of the quote online.
When the customer performs one of these actions, both the customer and you receive a confirmation of this action by email.
The use of web links can therefore shift a large part of the commercial follow-up of quotes from your employees to the customers.
- The weblink of your offer is hosted by Akti. This means that we can follow up if a customer has already opened the web link of the quote or not.
So you can follow up if customers have seen your quotes or not.
- All actions undertaken via the web link, are also included in the history of the quote in Akti. So all questions asked via the web link, the approval etc. are visible for all employees working with Akti so that this is clear for everyone.
