If you wish to add a note to a certain customer, this is possible via the CRM module of Akti. To do so, follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Accounts & contacts submenu of the CRM module.
2. In the list of Accounts, click on the account you want to add a note to.
3. Next, click through to the "Notes" tab. Here you can now add a note to the selected account.
You can now open this note when you create or view a document by clicking on the blue post-it icon.
