It's possible to register partial receptions of articles in Akti. Follow the steps below to find out how to do this.
To be able to register a partial reception of articles, the purchase order must first have the status "Sent".
1. Go to the Purchase Orders submenu of the Orders & Deliveries module.
2. Click on the purchase order of which you want to register a partial reception from the list of purchase orders.
3. In the admin screen of the purchase order you can now click on "Register reception". Here you can also see the quantity to receive.
In the pop-up that opens, you still need to confirm the delivered quantities. You can register a partial reception by entering smaller quantities than the ordered quantity.
